Our shipping policy is as follows:
All orders received by 10 am EST Monday through Friday ship on the same day.
Orders received after 10 am EST Monday through Thursday ship the following day.
Orders received between 10 am EST Friday and 10am EST Monday ship on Monday.
Our return and exchange policy is as follows:
We accept returned items for refund or exchange for up to 30 days after date of purchase. All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of your original sales receipt.
Returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
For refunds, your credit card will be credited the purchase price, less shipping charges and any restocking fees, within three (3) business days of receipt of returned items.
Exchanged or replacement items will be shipped to you within three (3) business days of receipt of returned items.
Customer is responsible for any shipping costs involved in returning items to us but we will cover the cost of shipping to you any items for replacement or exchange.
You must contact us first for written authorization before returning any opened food items or any items damaged during shipping. Please see our contact information below.
We will not accept nor reimburse for any returned opened food items or any returned damaged items without prior written authorization.
We will not accept nor reimburse for any returned items not accompanied by a copy of your orignal sales receipt.
